APPOINTMENT

CONFIRMATION POLICY

All appointments with the Pediatric Center for Wellness must be confirmed.  Unconfirmed appointments are subject to cancellation.

When scheduling appointments you will receive a confirmation of your appointment via text, phone call or email. You will also receive a digital check-in link, be sure to complete prior to your arrival.

Requests to reschedule your appointment, must be made 24 hours in advance.

Same-day cancellations will incur a cancellation fee.
